Implementation
Apereo has a BigBlueButton front-end portal where anyone with an @apereo.org email address can sign in and create a room. The portal interface allows Apereo users to create four custom rooms ("Board Room - 1", "Board Room - 2", etc.) and share the moderator privileges with others with @apereo.com email address.
This portal gives the organization the flexibility to set up and manage additional rooms beyond the default rooms already set up on Apereo's standard BigBlueButton landing page ("Apereo Room – 1," "Apereo Room – 2," "Apereo Room – 3," "Apereo Room – 4," "Board Room – 1," "Apereo Room – 1," "Sakai QA Room," "uPortal Room," and "Board Room").
Additional information is available on Blindside Network's Support Documentation, "Overview of Personal Rooms interface."
